Jessie and Peter had a beautiful Brisbane Wedding which included an intimate “First Look” at one of the most magical venues, Walkabout Creek.
Jessie got ready at her parents’ house in West End- home to some divine Queenslander Houses. I just love Jessie’s beautifully classic look. She radiated elegance.
One of my favourite emotional times in a wedding is when dad first sees his daughter. There is always a wonderful cross of emotions from pride, awe, anticipation and joy. First Look
A ‘First Look’ is an emerging trend for Wedding Photography where the Bride and Groom connect with each other prior to the Ceremony and have the majority of their wedding photos taken together before the guests arrive. The First Look for both Peter and Jessie was truly special and wildly emotional. A first look allows a couple that exact reaction and response to each other and the enormity of the marriage ritual without the nerves of the ceremony. As you will see this couple hold a whole lot of love between them. Walkabout Creek gives so much in terms of nature in a rather inspiring setting. This set with a near tangible bond between our love birds created some magic. What a special day – we wish you well!
I just want to pause here to say how incredibly emotional this first look was. There were tears shed and so much love. Normally I post these photos, but there is such a deep sentimentality that I feel these photos are just for Jessie and Peter. But trust me, the moment they saw each other confirmed the depth of there admiration for one another and the sincerity of the marriage ceremony.
