The Summer of Love has run all year for us at MRP HQ. We were so incredibly blessed to have been able to capture Hayley and Richard’s totally amazing Dorset Wedding on one perfect English summer’s day.
As teenagers the summer before Uni we Richard and Hayley working at the local shops. Richard would come into Hayley’s shop on his break and buy items he could actually buy in his own shop, any excuse to talk to a girl eh!
Hayley recounts their proposal: “Richard never organises anything, so I probably should have been more suspicious when he arranged a horse ride to a winery in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland to celebrate 10 years together. When we arrived, the winery provided us with a hamper and we walked to a scenic spot. As I merrily drank the bubbly, he got down on one knee with the most gorgeous ring. I was so stunned I think I actually said, “Really!?” before saying Yes.”
Seriously, how amazing are these love-birds and the fabulous wedding day they organised all the way on the other side of the world.
We don’t take things too seriously, and are always having a giggle at something.
The gorgeous grounds at the Italian Villa really were mind-blowing. Such detail and colour gave us so many locations to play with.
